The game follows a straightforward card ranking system reminiscent of poker, with aces taking the highest position. Each round begins with both the dealer and the player being dealt a single card.

In this setup, if the player's card outranks the dealer's, they win the amount wagered. Conversely, if the dealer's card is higher, the player forfeits their bet. A tie occurs when both cards are of equal rank, which introduces strategic options for the player:
